It’s Completely Free
There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no commission on jobs, and no catch. PlumbingPark is free for homeowners and free for listed tradespeople. We’re funded independently, which means we have no incentive to lower our standards to increase the number of listings.

What We Need From You
To submit your business for consideration, please provide:
- Business name and trading address
- Contact phone number and email address
- Your service area (towns or postcodes you cover)
- Gas Safe registration number (required if you work on gas appliances)
- Proof of current public liability insurance
- A brief description of your services (what you specialise in, typical jobs)
- Two or three customer references we can contact
Our Vetting Process
Every submission goes through the same checks. We verify your Gas Safe registration directly with the Gas Safe Register, confirm your insurance documentation is current, and follow up with the customer references you provide. We’re thorough because our reputation with homeowners depends on the quality of engineers we list.
Submissions are reviewed within five working days. We may get in touch to request additional information before making a decision. Once approved, your listing is set up and goes live on the directory.
How to Submit
Email your details to hello@plumbingpark.co.uk with “New Listing” in the subject line, or call us on 0800 772 3891 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Please note: We maintain a high standard for our directory. Not every submission is approved, and we reserve the right to remove existing listings that no longer meet our quality criteria. Listing on PlumbingPark is a sign of quality — and we intend to keep it that way.
